Rick Black

Advisory Board Member, provides strategic guidance to FotoBridge. He serves as President and CEO of ECRM, an imaging systems company he acquired with his partner in 1983. Previously, Mr. Black has served as President and CEO of Oak Technology, Inc. (CD/DVD, scanner/printer semi-conductors), AM International, Inc. (business equipment), Alusuisse of America, Inc. and Maremont Corporation, Inc. Mr. Black serves as Chairman of the Board of GSI Group, Inc (laser systems and precision motion control systems) and serves as a director of Allied Fiber Optics Products, Inc. (telecom and CATV components), Altigen Communications, Inc. (telecom systems), Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. (lasers and CATV systems), and TREX Enterprises, Inc. (imaging and data transmission systems). He is a Trustee of The Institute for Advanced Study (Princeton). Mr. Black holds a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M, and an MBA at Harvard University.
